eForce PEI Update
eForce PEI will move from CoursePark to SkillsPass to provide an improved learning and administrative experience. This move will provide you with a more intuitive way to find, book, and manage your employees’ training.
When will the move be taking place?
The move will be taking place between August 29 – August 31, 2022 (tentative).
- August 29, 2022: eForce PEI will be offline to prepare for the move. Any training that is not complete before this date will not be moved to SkillsPass.
- August 31, 2022: eForce PEI will be available on SkillsPass where you can continue to manage your employees’ training.
What will be moving?
- All Learners who have created an account in eForce PEI and who are in your network
- All Training Records of Learners who have completed training between January 1, 2019 to migration date
- Some of these courses have been retired as they are outdated. Should you require access to these records, they are still available on CoursePark. Please contact eForcePEI@skillspass.com if you require assistance
What types of changes should I expect?
- Where you go to login: We will send you another email after the move is complete with the new URL you will go to login. Don’t forget to bookmark it!
- New password: The first time you login to SkillsPass you will have to set your password for your new account.
- Booking training: Instead of assigning training to a Learner, on SkillsPass you can invite Learners by sharing a direct link or sending them an email using the course Marketplace.
- Searching for courses: The course display will now allow you to search for courses by filtering on category or searching by title.
- Manage your Learners: You can view the completion / expiry of your team’s learning records from the reporting dashboard.
- Add new Learners: You can build your team list using the Worker Search feature and searching by email.
