Posting Employment Standards Requirements
Did you know that Section 5, 39.1 of the Employment Standards Act requires that employers post the following in a conspicuous place in the workplace:
- all relevant minimum wage orders and any other notice of any order made by the board related to wages;
- all orders made pursuant to the Act relating to wages, hours of work or any other condition or term of employment governed by the Act and regulations.
