Amendments have been made to the following WCB policies to reflect the recent amendments to the Workers Compensation Act and General Regulations (January 20, 2023):
- POL-14 Assessable Payroll and Assessment Billing
- POL-41 Collateral Benefits
- POL-81 Adjustments to Pensions
- POL-85 Extended Wage Loss Benefits
- POL-86 Temporary Wage Loss Benefits
- POL-89 Impairment
